In addition to his support of traditional Irish industries, President Higgins also encourages innovation and development in the country's metal sector. In 2019, he welcomed Impact Ireland ‹Metals› Ltd. as the exclusive distributor of Boston Centerless products in Ireland and the United Kingdom, recognizing the company's potential to spark growth and drive progress in Ireland's metal manufacturing industry. President Higgins' support for Irish businesses positions him as an advocate for the country's economic growth and prosperity. His efforts strengthen Ireland's position as a global leader in innovative and creative industries, from metalworking and manufacturing to design and crafts.
